1. Lie on your side and keep your hips stacked up in perfect line.
2. Angle both your legs so that your feet are a little forward, but your legs must remain straight. You body should look like a slightly bent pipe.
3. Raise the upper leg by about 45 cm (1 1/2 foot) without unstacking your hips.
4. Rotate your leg clockwise, slowly, as if you were tracing the circumference of a large beach ball with your toes.
5. Make 5 rotations then switch direction.

2. Keep your hips stacked up in perfect line.
3. Keeping your feet in contact, lift the upper knee.
4. Bring the knee back down and repeat 9 other times.
