Tea is a great way to relax at home. You can enjoy it hot, warm or iced. Oprah Winfrey and Rachael Ray have both raved about Wu Yi Tea and you'll soon know why. It's got all the benefits of other teas with extra bonus benefits.

I will also cover some tips for those of us who struggle with getting a good night sleep. There is certainly one of the natural cures suggested in this newsletter that will be useful in helping you get more ZZZs.


Relaxation and Tea


Wu Yi Tea is a type of oolong tea that grows on and between the mountains of Fujian Province in China. Not only does this tea taste great and have all the health boosting benefits of anti-oxidants, but this tea also has weight loss benefits.

As mentioned in the Journal of Medical Investigation in August 2003, oolong tea boosts your metabolism by increasing energy expenditure, which means that you burn more calories faster.

Another great tea is chamomile tea. This herbal tea does not contain any caffeine and is a great way to unwind before going to bed. Simply let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes and sip slowly while thinking about the beautiful dreams that await .

Sleep and Insomnia

If you're looking for natural cures for insomnia, you are in luck. I just summarized an extensive list right here:

Here are a few of the suggestions I make:


  • Read a book before going to bed.

  • Do not watch television for 2 hours before going to bed.

  • Do breathing exercises

  • Do not exercise 3 to 4 hours before going to bed.

  • Drink a cup of herbal tea.

  • Write down your worries in a journal. This way, your brain will know that you will be able to remember them tomorrow morning.
