Relaxation-at-Home #54 - Relaxation Tips for Spring - Make-up, Money and Astral Travel March 17, 2012 |
Hi, Happy Saint Patrick's Day! With the first day of spring just around the corner (it falls on March 20th this year), we get to look forward to longer days and warmer weather. We'll also have to deal with stressful events like the dreaded tax season, but it shouldn't prevent us from getting the relaxation we deserve. We should always look like we've had a good night sleep! This month, we'll discuss a few make-up tips to cover sleepy eyes, I'll share a great book recommendation for money management and I'll offer a tip to successfully achieve astral travel. Covering Sleepy EyesYes, we all try to get a good night sleep, but it isn't always possible. While these 8 tips to sleep better could come in handy, we sometimes have to switch to reaction mode and make ourselves look well rested. Ladies, here are a few make-up tips that I use to look more refreshed. What do you do? Do you have special tricks you'd like to share with our readers? Please post your comments at the bottom of this page: http://www.relaxation-at-home.com/sleepy-eyes.html
Money Management Book RecommendationThis fragile economy hasn't made things easier for any of us, but I recently came across a fantastic book (written in 2011) that offers useful advice on how to survive and thrive in this new economy. The author writes for American readers, and provides plenty of examples. Learn more about this book and view my complete review here.
Astral TravelI've been getting quite a few questions about astral travel and the best technique to use in order to successfully leave your physical body. It all comes down to practice and no single method will work for everybody. Pick one, then try it almost everyday for a full month, then if you don't succeed, try another one and repeat the process. Read more about specific astral travel techniques here. More Relaxation Tips Next MonthThat's it for now. Please like us on Facebook!
