Hi I hope that the global recession hasn't affected you too much. As Dr. Joe Vitale and the law of attraction would tell you, you need to focus on the positive as your thoughts always turn into reality. There is always something to be grateful about: fresh air, sunshine, white snow, friends, family, a roof over your head, the smile of a child, etc.

Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT was made popular by Gary Craig, but the basic principles behind it have been around for centuries.
