Hi When our lives get busy, they normally get even more stressful. With the holiday season just around the corner, do you have enough relaxation activities on your calendar?
Another useful relaxation technique is to listen to music. If you're stressing out over company coming over to dinner, listen to some music while cleaning the house, cooking or even while getting dressed.
