Hi, In keeping up with the laughter for relaxation theme discussed in last month's newsletter, I'd like to introduce you to an increasingly popular trend: Laughter Yoga for relaxation. This particular type of yoga doesn't require a yoga mat or extreme flexibility… it's all about having fun, stretching and laughing with a group of people.
