Hi Aromatherapy and tea are two great ways to incorporate a little more relaxation into your daily lifestyle. How does aromatherapy work? We'll talk about that as well as the original recipe behind chai tea.
Inhaling essential oil vapours or absorbing essential oils through the skin (when diluted in a carrier oil, of course) are the most common ways to benefit from aromatherapy.
