Relaxation-at-Home newsletter, Issue #015 -- Aromatherapy and Tea
July 31, 2008
Hi

Aromatherapy and tea are two great ways to incorporate a little more relaxation into your daily lifestyle. How does aromatherapy work? We'll talk about that as well as the original recipe behind chai tea.

I'll also give you some recipes for teas and tonics that use natural herbs and that can be helpful in improving your health or mood.

Relaxation and Tea

Chai Tea is a type of tea from India. This tea has become more and more popular in the last decade thanks to the many tea and coffee places that have been promoting different variations of chai tea. Is it healthy? Any particular benefits to drinking chai tea? The answer to both these answers is yes.

You can discover other great tea recipes that contain dandelion tea, nettle tea and catnip tea. Combining certain herbs using the recipes I mention can help with weight loss, relaxation, passion and even help prevent cravings.

Aromatherapy

Inhaling essential oil vapours or absorbing essential oils through the skin (when diluted in a carrier oil, of course) are the most common ways to benefit from aromatherapy. Both of these methods trigger changes in your brain, which results in physiological reactions. Read more about aromatherapy right here:

Another easy way to benefit from aromatherapy is by using Scented Room Sprays. I give you three different ways to use aromatherapy to get rid of headaches right here:
