Relaxation-at-Home newsletter, Issue #002 -- Different issue, different topic
May 02, 2007
Hi

OBE Made Easy and More

Hope you got your taxes sent in on time so that you can now relax... I know I'm glad tax season is over. After being contacted by a few interested readers, I decided to focus on OBE made easy this month. Out of Body Experiences (OBE) are also called astral travel and astral projection. While these experiences may sound like fiction or wasted time, I strongly recommend giving it a try. The worst thing that could happen is that you fall asleep fully relaxed. The best thing, you get to experience a different reality and learn to grow through your new perspective on life and you get a good night sleep...

This newsletter will summarize the latest additions to the Relaxation-at-Home website and, of course, you will get a preview of what will be coming next month.

OBE Made Easy

First and foremost, the best way to OBE made easy is improving your knowledge about OBEs, astral travel and astral projection. Check out my five detailed steps on how you can achieve OBE made easy I strongly recommend this book: Astral Travel For Beginners : Transcend Time and Space with Out-of-Body Experiences.

It gives a big picture overview and practical techniques that you can try in the comfort of your home. Best of all, it's nice and easy to read.

Yoga: Bow Pose

Bow Pose Yoga. If you suffer from menstrual cramps or would like to improve your breathing, go ahead and read more about the benefits of this asana. It may look a little hard when you see the drawing on the page but you can also use a yoga belt to reach your ankles, which would not require as much flexibility. And as for all exercise program, check with your doctor before attempting something different from your regular exercise routine, and keep in mind that yoga is a great way to improve your flexibility, skin tone and lots more over time.

Book of the Month for May 2007

New month, new book of the month. My reviews for a different fiction and non-fiction book have been posted. I have stepped out of my regular reading routine. Will you too? Check out the latest books of the month.

What to expect in May 2007?

I'll also be adding new pages to my yoga section with instructions, health benefits and sketches of what the asanas look like. These new pages are expected to be on by May 23rd: yoga for meditation and relaxation

Tea: learn about the health benefits of different types of teas and how to make the best pot ever. Should be posted by May 31st with a link from the Comfort Food page

And of course, if work doesn't keep me too busy, I'll add other pages.

That's it for this month.

Relax and Enjoy!
